27Tilt Tip Bottom-Lash Mascara is an under-lash mascara that contains fiber to create a long and rich long lash. It provides a delicate application that emphasizes each strand from the roots of the eyelashes, gives a clean finish that does not clump even after using it several times, and maintains a natural curl as if you had an eyelash perm. As the applicator is tilted in 45 degrees, it is easy to apply to areas where the brush is difficult to reach from the roots of lashes without smudging under the eyes.
When used, it forms a film that is resistant to oil/water and delivers a waterproof effect without smudging or powder flying.
